This website is owned and operated by Shannon Marie Baldwin, sole-owner and graphic designer of the independent design studio known as Running With Foxes, located in Rhinebeck, New York. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. I reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time for any reason without notice. Please read them carefully and contact me directly with any questions.

USE OF SITE

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site, its products and/or services, in any way that violates applicable law or regulation or to send unsolicited advertising or promotional content without prior written consent.

By using the site, accessing or purchasing any products or services, you warrant that:

1. you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract;

2. have read and accepted these terms; and

3. will comply with these terms.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

I strive to accurately represent my services and products, but I can't guarantee that descriptions or prices are always 100% error-free. All of my products and services are subject to availability, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. 

 

For all digital products, they are available for instant download as soon as your payment is processed. NO physical product will be sent to you. Each product will arrive in a separate zip folder with all files included in your purchase. You are responsible for storage of the files on your own device. Please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor or screen used. Any watermarks seen in preview images are not present on final product. Mockups used are for visualizing the possible use of the digital product, and are not included in the final purchase files. 

 

Clipart, icons, vector art, printables, or templates are intended for personal or limited small business use. PLEASE DO NOT resell the individual files as your own, redistribute, or sell to a third party. If you wish to purchase a license for physical or digital end products for sale, please see the options available in the online store.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

I accept a variety of payments through the site. Current payment options are listed for digital products on the cart checkout page. All prices are in USD. Sales tax may be added when applicable.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All sales of digital products are final. Due to their irrevocable nature, I do not offer refunds or cancellations. If you have an issue with your download, contact me and I can help troubleshoot.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website - including the logo, branding, text, illustrations, graphics, free resources, and all digital content for sale - is the property of Running With Foxes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any content without written consent.

 

Attribution is always appreciated, but never required.

PRIVACY POLICY

The security of your personal information is very important to me and I During the course of any agreement, it may be necessary for the client to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information to me, the designer, in order to complete the graphic design services and deliverables in their final form. I will not share any of this proprietary information at any time, nor will I use any of this proprietary information for personal benefit at any time.

 

Your personal or business information, outside of project materials used for my portfolio and/or advertising, will never be shared with a third party without your express permission. No payment or personal information will be stored or shared on a third party website, except in the case of invoices when paying through Etsy, PayPal, Venmo, or other site where purchases are made. I will never share, sell, trade or rent your personal information to other parties. I reserve the right to disclose your personal information or log files when required by law.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

HOW ARE PROJECTS DELIVERED?

All graphic design projects are digital and therefore created and completed online and through digital applications. All completed deliverables are sent via e-mail or file hosting service like Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET IN TOUCH?​

Communication is primarily done through e-mail at this time. You can also fill out the contact form here or send a message through Etsy. I respond to all e-mails within 24 hours, not including the weekends. I find its the best way for both parties to keep track of design requirements, requests, and potential changes to the design as we will both have the same information to refer back to.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT RATE AND WHAT PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?​

All custom orders are accepted using PayPal or Credit Card via invoice, or directly through Venmo. I currently set prices at a flat rate for à la carte orders, or as a package price for larger projects based on a $35/hr rate. ​All projects must be paid in advance of project start date. For instant download digital products, currently payment types accepted are listed on the cart checkout page.

WHO OWNS THE FINISHED WORK?​

Upon completion of the project, the client will own the finished graphic design files as outlined in any agreements made between myself and the client. (Any third party purchased creative materials used in those designs must follow their respective licenses). The client has the right to use the finished graphic design for its intended purposes, or any other possible uses as outlined by the designer, but agrees not to resell the finished work to a third party or claim credit as the designer.

While the client’s custom graphic design deliverables will be customized to the client’s specifications, the client recognizes that graphic designs can generally have a common structure and basis. Myself, the designer, will continue to own any and all template or digital designs (such as vector art, icons, etc.)  I may have created prior to this agreement. I will further own any template or digital designs I may create as a result of this agreement unless otherwise specified to be custom to the client’s brand only.​

CREDIT & PRESS​

I reserve the right to showcase any completed work carried out for the client on portfolios, portfolio websites, digital and print publications, and social media. Running With Foxes reserves the right to use both initial creative concepts and drafts and final approved design work for the purposes of marketing activities (both online and offline) unless otherwise requested and agreed to with the Client.
